Contact FlightHaven
How to reach us
FlightHaven is run by a small editorial team. The fastest way to reach us is by email. We read every message and reply to legitimate enquiries within five working days. Please include the page URL you are referring to so we can act on the correction or suggestion quickly.
For corrections, content questions, partnership enquiries, or to suggest a new guide, write to editors@flighthaven.example. We do not respond to bulk link-exchange requests, sponsored-post pitches, or AI-generated guest-post offers.
Reporting a data correction
FlightHaven is built on the open OpenFlights public dataset. If you spot an outdated airline status, a missing IATA code, or a route that no longer operates, please send the page URL and the field that needs correcting. We refresh the underlying data on a rolling schedule and prioritise reader-reported errors.
Suggesting a new guide
If a budget-travel topic is missing (a baggage policy, a lounge price comparison, a ground-transport breakdown), let us know. Reader-suggested guides are how most of our long-form coverage gets prioritised. Tell us the country, airline, or airport involved, and what question the guide should answer.
What we don't do by email
- Book or change flight reservations. We do not sell tickets.
- Refund baggage fees or settle disputes with airlines. Contact the carrier directly.
- Offer personalised itinerary planning, visa advice, or insurance recommendations.
- Publish sponsored content, paid links, or affiliate-driven recommendations.
