What this site is

FlightHaven publishes editorial reference pages about airports, airlines, routes, and budget-travel topics. The site is operated as an independent publication and is funded by clearly-marked advertising. We do not sell flights, insurance, or any travel product.

Use of the content

You are welcome to read, share, and link to any page on this site. You may quote short passages for non-commercial purposes (reviews, blog posts, social media) with a credit and a link back. Wholesale republication of pages, automated scraping, and re-hosting of the data files require written permission. Bulk crawling that ignores our robots.txt or hits the site faster than once per second per page is treated as abuse and may be rate-limited.

Accuracy and currency

Airport, airline, and route data comes from the public-domain OpenFlights dataset and is refreshed periodically. Carrier policies (baggage fees, check-in cutoffs, lounge prices, ground-transport rates) change frequently and are updated by the editors when the underlying source publishes a change. Despite our best effort, fees, schedules, and policies can change between our last update and your flight. Always confirm baggage allowances, fees, and check-in deadlines with the carrier and verify ground-transport prices with the operator before travel.

No travel advice

Nothing on FlightHaven is travel, financial, legal, or insurance advice. We describe how budget airlines and airports generally work and we cite our sources. Decisions about which ticket to buy, which lounge to enter, which insurance to carry, and how to claim compensation are yours to make.

Third-party links

Pages on this site link to airline websites, airport websites, government civil-aviation sources, and open-data repositories. We do not control those sites and we are not responsible for their content, accuracy, privacy practices, or commercial terms. Following an outbound link is at your own discretion.
